Mrs Suh came to visit us at school yesterday afternoon. She has two children at Everglade School. They are lucky because Mrs Suh is great at baking and cake decorating. She showed us how to decorate cakes using whipped cream, butter cream and fondant. We saw how to make a rose and how to ice a cake and cupcakes. We got some good ideas and are ready to have a go at making our own cupcakes. Watch this space!
